Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit healthcare provider offering evidence-based services across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.

We support people with concerns related to alcohol and other drugs (AOD), mental health, veterans' wellbeing, gambling, and those transitioning from correctional services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

This role can be either 0.8FTE or 1.0FTE and we are flexible around days of work.

Salary for this position is estimated at $107,500 - $117,500 per annum, plus Super and Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 per annum.

To perform this role, it is essential that the person is an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.

As an experienced RAP implementation professional, you will lead our commitment to reconciliation.

You will bring:

  • A background in developing and refining strategic direction for RAP implementation in alignment with company goals
  • Project management skills supporting effective implementation of the RAP, including establishing timelines and deliverables
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure policies and programs support reconciliation strategies and initiatives
  • Experience promoting activities around significant dates and specific events, celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and inclusion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and collaborate
  • Strategic thinking with capability to convert vision into practical plans
  • Expertise navigating complex organisational structures and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, prioritising data-driven decision-making
  • Employee engagement and coordination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander networks internally

Relevant qualifications in social sciences, project management, compliance or related fields are advantageous.
