Lives Lived Well is a not-for-profit healthcare provider that has been supporting people to live their lives well for over 40 years. We offer evidence-based services across Queensland, New South Wales, and South Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Reconciliation Implementation Specialist to support the development and implementation of our RAP. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) while promoting cultural awareness and competency across the organisation.

This position offers flexibility in working arrangements, including hybrid WFH options, and the opportunity for some travel throughout our service sites. Our salary range for this position is $105,000 - $115,000 per annum, plus Super and Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 per annum.

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. This is a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti Discrimination Act 1991.

As a skilled RAP implementation professional, you will lead our commitment to reconciliation by:

  • Developing and refining strategic directions for RAP implementation aligned with company goals and objectives
  • Project managing the effective implementation of the RAP, including establishing timelines, deliverables, performance indicators, and identifying risks
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure policies, guidelines, and programs support reconciliation strategies and initiatives
  • Promoting activities around significant dates and events, celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and inclusion

You will also promote employee engagement and coordination of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander networks internally. Relevant qualifications in social sciences, project management, compliance, or related fields are advantageous.

Lives Lived Well values diversity and inclusivity, and we encourage applications from candidates who share our values. Our benefits package includes paid and unpaid Cultural Leave, access to specialist Employee Assistance Program services, and more.
