We are seeking an accomplished Senior Strategic Advisor to collaborate with key leaders and shape the strategic direction of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert strategic advice and advocacy to align our positions in critical discussions, supporting leadership through informed briefings.
  • Lead external engagement efforts to enhance our strategic positioning in influential forums and discussions.
  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive work plan within a multi-disciplinary team, efficiently managing timelines and mitigating risks associated with project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic and Policy team to develop and manage a framework for policy positioning.
  • Report progress to key stakeholders, including activities, risks, opportunities, and costs, and support procurement and contract management as needed.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • A motivated professional with a strong enthusiasm for collaboration, effective influence, and skilled negotiation techniques.
  • A proven critical thinker with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and direction.
  • Experience in delivering complex projects successfully within agile methodologies and resource-constrained environments.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and digital communication skills, enabling effective engagement with key stakeholders across the organisation.
