The Role:

We are seeking an experienced visionary product designer who is ready to take the lead in shaping innovative user-centric digital solutions. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of design principles, strategic mindset and ability to foster relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will lead high-profile projects, build and nurture our design practice, and drive growth both internally and externally. With focus on business objectives, you will ensure that work delivered not only delights users but also aligns with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor team of designers, fostering culture of creativity, collaboration and innovation.
  • Drive development of forward-thinking design solutions that balance user needs with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as trusted advisor.
  • Understand business objectives behind every project and ensure design solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Pitch innovative solutions to prospective clients and contribute to new business pitches.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts by proposing innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Shape and grow design practice at Exo Digital, ensuring it stays ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in product design or related field, with proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • University Degree in relevant discipline, such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering or related field.
  • Exceptional ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Strong business sense, with ability to align design efforts with broader commercial objectives.
  • Confidence and expertise in presenting to prospective clients, leading design discussions and contributing to new business pitches.
  • Proactive approach to building and improving, with passion for growing client accounts and enhancing team's capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
