We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our organisation as a People Culture Business Partner. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to provide expert guidance and support in creating a high-performing workplace culture.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to senior leaders empowering them to create a high-performing workplace culture. This includes:
- Developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our organisational goals.
- Providing expert advice and guidance on HR policies procedures and employment legislation.
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to design and implement innovative HR solutions.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Substantial proven experience as a trusted HR Business Partner providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
