This critical business partner position plays a vital role in driving strategic initiatives that impact the organization's people orientation.

About The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet institutional realities and people-centric goals.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive HR initiatives that support a culture of engagement, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies, organizational design, and people plans that align with the organization's vision.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR-related programs and initiatives that promote employee development and well-being.
  • Coach and mentor people managers to enhance their leadership skills and create a positive work environment.
  • Identify and address root causes of organizational performance issues through data-driven insights and emotional intelligence.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR management, preferably in large and complex organizations.
  • Strong understanding of employment frameworks, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply knowledge to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Proven coaching skills to develop people managers' career growth, expectation setting, and performance improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to view challenges from a people manager's perspective and provide tailored advice and counsel.
