Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategy plans aligned with the hotel's annual goals.

  • You will work closely with the Management team to establish and review hotel rules and regulations.
  • You will support financial objectives through efficient management and participate in the annual HR budget and monthly rolling forecast.
  • You will promote open communication and drive effective teamwork.
Talent Development

You will design and implement effective performance evaluation systems and develop recognition programs to encourage creativity and innovation.

  • You will train and develop HR team members.

Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
