Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner

This role requires a deep understanding of the University's stakeholders and the ability to drive solutions that blend institutional realities with people orientation.

The Senior People and Wellbeing Business Partner will operate as a trusted advisor to the University's people leaders and managers, shaping a people-centred culture and delivering a breadth of people initiatives with both transformational and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate productive partnerships between departments to provide effective HR advice and support.
  • Offer expert guidance in workforce strategies, organisational design, and people plans.
  • Develop and enable programmes supporting the University's strategic direction.
  • Promote leadership and management practices fostering staff engagement, accountability, excellence, and high performance.
  • Support the growth and development of colleagues within the People and Wellbeing department.
  • Provide HR expertise on strategic and operational initiatives, including change programs, development programs, and culture and engagement initiatives.
