Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a thorough understanding of internal and external HR principles, are essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Corporate HR and client groups to ensure effective communication, trust, and problem-solving
  • Ensuring the implementation of Corporate HR programs and processes within the region
  • Partnering with regional leaders to understand people requirements and implications of business projects and initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor on sensitive people-related matters
  • Providing guidance and coaching to senior management on employee engagement, performance management, and talent assessment

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience. The job location is flexible, allowing you to work from various locations within the APAC region.
