Job Description:

The Asset Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data accuracy for company assets.

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining asset management systems to track, record, and control company assets. The Asset Administrator must maintain accurate records of company assets, including equipment, tools, repairs, and calibrations.

Key responsibilities include recording new assets, asset movements, and equipment status. Additionally, the Asset Administrator will request and track repairs, calibration, testing, and tagging requirements, as well as report on lost, missing, or damaged equipment.

To ensure accuracy of data, the Asset Administrator will update naming conventions and asset IDs, and remove obsolete records. Furthermore, they will liaise with stakeholders regarding queries, upgrades, and process improvements, and support compliance with policies through accurate record keeping.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an administration role
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (intermediate–advanced level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
  • Highly self-motivated and organized
  • Experience in asset management systems or CMMS (desirable)
