We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist for a part-time role with one of our clients based in a professional services company. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to the relevant person

Requirements
