LifeWorks is seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, the ability to think outside the box, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present pricing recommendations for new business opportunities, RFPs, and renewals to account management and executives within demanding timelines.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in existing pricing structures and strategies.
  • Assess data from various sources to gain insights into internal costing and pricing strategies.
  • Track customer engagement to inform effective pricing strategies for products and offerings.
  • Forecast revenue and market share based on market trends, production costs, profit margins, and sales volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies.
  • Design dynamic pricing tools to respond to changing market needs and trends.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of partner portfolios and special-handled accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a pricing analyst in a similar industry.
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and working experience with Microsoft PowerBI and SQL is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
  • Experience collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.
  • Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
