Estimation Specialist

Are you a seasoned estimation professional with expertise in crafting tailored pricing solutions for commercial clients?

  • Leading the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates for cleaning, hygiene, and property services tenders.
  • Analysing tender documents, plans, and specifications to determine scope of works and resource requirements.
  • Developing labour models and staffing rosters in line with relevant modern awards and legislation.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, business management or similar.
  • A minimum five years commercial pricing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and advanced excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
