Business Partnerships Officer

The Business Partnerships Officer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Manager, Human Resources, to deliver business-critical services, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
They provide expert consultancy, advisory, and transactional services on a diverse range of people management matters, including:
- Comprehensive recruitment processes from end-to-end
- Developing and implementing strategic people plans, policies, and best practices
- Providing training and guidance on performance development and management
- Managing employment contracts with precision
- Leading enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives
The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of HR functions, including workforce planning, developing HR strategies, policies, and systems. They will also possess highly developed report writing, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements- Progress towards or completion of a relevant tertiary qualification in human resource management or industrial relations
- Experience utilizing HR Information Systems for optimal efficiency
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
This is an initial 6-month contract with opportunities for extension. The successful candidate will be based in the Perth CBD and work closely with the Manager, Human Resources, to deliver business-critical services, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
