The Senior Program Manager will drive growth by securing major corporate partnerships and impact-driven initiatives in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth by securing major corporate partnerships and impact-driven initiatives in the community.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, initiate diverse revenue streams to close strategic business gaps and deliver measurable results.
  • Apply commercial acumen to unlock new markets and identify purpose-aligned opportunities in the community to support services across Western Australia and Tasmania.

This newly created senior management role is designed for a high-performing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategic fundraising and business development.

As the Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing contributed revenue across Western Australia and Tasmania, directly supporting the organization's mission of delivering life-changing services and customer support.

You will be responsible for driving diversification of funding streams, with a particular focus on building influential corporate partnerships and securing significant strategic grants.

Bringing a commercial mindset and entrepreneurial flair, you will identify untapped opportunities, craft compelling value propositions, and forge long-term, high-impact relationships that elevate both revenue and reputation.
