Strategic Lawyers recently purchased a large building in the CBD and have fit it out so that it is optimised for staff satisfaction. The new facility has awesome facilities including meeting rooms and creche, a staff cafe and kitchen, breakout lounge areas, a massage room, a games area, as well as state-of-the-art offices and meeting rooms.

Job Description
This role is critical to ensuring a positive lasting impression is made for all Strategic's employees and all guests visiting our premises. The role is responsible for all front desk activities and undertaking them in a warm, friendly, effective and professional manner. As the 'face of Strategic', a high level of customer service, cultural alignment and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business are extremely important in this role. Your role is to assist the business to run well whilst doing your best to keep our clients happy, hence the title Client Services Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting the clients in a helpful way with their queries and concerns
- Deliver an excellent experience to all clients, employees and guests
- Assisting the administration of the business to run efficiently and professionally
- Answer and direct telephone calls, booking in new clients, organise outgoing couriers, distribute incoming mail and assist in co-ordination of meeting room bookings
- Provide administrative support to a range of business stakeholders.
- Preferably experience in a similar fast-paced senior administration role with strong customer service skills
- Preferably experience in a front reception role
- Warm, friendly and professional with a customer service focus, 'nothing is too hard'
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive approach to achieving team and business goals
- Strong interpersonal skills to build robust working relationships within a dynamic team environment.
