About Business Analyst Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts, gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and validating business requirements through stakeholder engagement and documentation.
  • Developing and maintaining functional specifications that meet business needs.
  • Identifying issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, and outlining business impacts.
  • Writing user stories with clear acceptance criteria and prioritizing them based on functional features.
  • Estimating costs and identifying business savings opportunities.
  • Simplifying complex information and deciphering technical jargon for effective communication.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar role at Pyramid Global Technologies or a similar company.
  • Demonstrated expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional specifications, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify areas for improvement.

Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:Melbourne/Sydney.
