About the Role:
As a Senior Planning Coordinator at Zinfra, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end program of works within our Gas Services business. Your primary responsibility will be to forecast, report, and control capacity, while also overseeing some financial management aspects. This full-time position is based at our Hume depot, with the option to work from home two days a week.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Developing two-year rolling labour forecasts by activity type, geography, and skill capability, including annual phasing of labour supply plans for activities, providing clear visibility of potential risk scenarios and management strategies
* Providing scenario analysis as required to inform business decisions regarding resourcing levels and insourcing or outsourcing of works
* Creating short-term and long-term forecasts of the delivery of CAPEX and OPEX programs for the network
* Planning, monitoring, and reviewing short-term, medium, and long-term work activities, including analysing maintenance trends, identifying cross-regional interdependencies, initiating system and operational improvements/reallocations to optimise synergies and effective resource utilisation across the business
* Generating weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules aligned with KPIs
* Packaging and assigning works for field resources in alignment with the works program
* Coordinating 3rd-party contractors, traffic control, or other parties required to ensure effective schedule delivery
* Ensuring work is dispatched to the field in a timely manner and closed out in line with the scheduled plan for delivery

About You:
To succeed in this position, you will need to be customer-focused, strategic, and able to make timely decisions. You will also possess the following attributes:
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
* Previous experience in the utilities industry would be advantageous
* Resource planning skills, including resource management operating systems, capacity planning, direct and indirect demand, utilisation, and productivity
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position ranges between $95,000 to $125,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
