We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader for our OEM division, reporting directly to the Regional OEM Manger AISEA.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- Proactively managing changing priorities and situations
- Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Developing and implementing strategies and objectives in line with company direction
- Planning and organising, with strong commercial acumen and budget preparation skills
- Identifying and closing gaps in sales growth
- Coaching and mentoring team members and customers
- Facilitating sales growth and meeting set goals and KPIs
- Communicating effectively and building strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and direct reports
- Interpreting and acting on sales data
- Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, and SAP.

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Industrial and automotive experience.
- Engineering experience.
- Familiarity with quality, forecasting and budgeting procedures.
- Lubricants industry experience.
- Sales and marketing experience including key account management and the ability manage large and complex customers.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong computer literacy - Including Microsoft office 365, SAP.
- Experience with leading tenders.
