**Your new company**
Our client is a successful and well-established Nursing Agency dedicated to providing staffing and training solutions within the Aged and Community Care Sector. They are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as an Assistant Team Leader based full-time in the Maroochydore branch.

**Your new role**
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, this role will see you take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day and operational running of the Maroochydore Branch. If you are looking for an opportunity that can provide variety and no two days the same - look no further You will be tasked with daily coaching, mentoring and leading a team, reporting, ensuring the branch is meeting targets, allocation of nursing shifts, handling escalations and complaints, organising and conducting client meetings and any additional tasks as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Confidence and previous experience leading, motivating and coaching teams to drive results
- Ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial and sales minded
- Ability to form and maintain positive business relationships
- Computer literate
- Previous experience working in fast-paced and results-driven environments.
- Industry experience in Hospitality, Sales, Healthcare, Recruitment and / or Customer Service highly regarded, however, not essential.
