Out-of-School Hours Program Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to lead our out-of-school-hours (OOSH) care program in a full-time capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and educational activities for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff management, program planning, and coordination
- Development and implementation of engaging educational and recreational activities
- Compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Fostering positive relationships with parents and caregivers
- Team management and mentorship of educators and assistants
- Participation in continuous improvement of the OOSH program
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education
- Significant experience in a similar OOSH Coordinator or Childcare Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience in developing educational programs
- Thorough understanding of childcare regulations and policies
