Out of School Hours Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our Before and After School team as an Out of School Hours Assistant.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering the Before, After and Vacation Care programs under the supervision and direction of Educational Leaders and Directors.
- Deliver high-quality care and education to children in a safe and supportive environment
- Build strong relationships with children and their families through effective communication and empathy
- Contribute to the delivery of the service in accordance with relevant policies and standards
- Assist with administration tasks as required by the Director
The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of current childcare legislation, including the EYLF and MTOP framework. Previous experience working with children is highly regarded but not essential.
To be effective in this position, the successful applicant should have:
- Education and Care First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis management certifications or be willing to obtain
- Child Protection Accredited Child Protection CHCPRT001
