Job Overview

The OSHC Assistant Coordinator is a key position in our organisation, responsible for ensuring the safe and inclusive Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service for staff and children.

This permanent part-time role involves managing children's attendance and bookings, designing and implementing engaging educational programs, building strong relationships with families and the school community, and sharing children's experiences and achievements with families.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a qualification (or be working towards one) in Early Childhood Education and Care, previous experience in OSHC, a valid NSW Working with Children Check, a child protection training certificate, and a First Aid Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the Responsible Person for the service
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive OSHC environment for staff and children
  • Managing children's attendance and bookings to ensure supervision and safety
  • Supporting the development and implementation of engaging educational programs
  • Building strong relationships with families and the school community
  • Sharing children's experiences and achievements with families
About You:
  • A qualification (or be working towards one) in Early Childhood Education and Care
