We are seeking a passionate and energetic OSHC Coordinator to lead our team in the Waverley area.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated individual to take ownership of their own Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and leading an established program that provides high-quality care and education to children.

You will lead a team of quality educators in providing a quality program built by the children, for the children. This includes planning healthy eating menus, incorporating fun child-driven programs based on both the interests and passions of children at your program, and the strengths and skills of you and your team.

The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Friday, before school care (7am-9am) and after school care (2:30pm-6pm), plus flexible administration hours. You will have access to an existing pool of trained and qualified casual staff for any ratio/last minute shifts.

About You
  • You must be passionate about working with children
  • Natural Leadership skills are required
  • You must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Hold a Working With Children Check/First Aid & CPR or willing to obtain one
