Insurance Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential insurance projects.

Your primary focus will be on managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

  • Overseeing project portfolios from initiation to completion.
  • Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
  • Maintaining schedules and budgets while upholding industry standards.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and trust.
  • Proactively addressing challenges and resolving issues before they escalate.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supervising residential construction in the insurance industry.
  • Experience with estimating and trade certification (Cert III) preferred.
  • A strong understanding of Australian building regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent time management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex builds and teams.
  • A customer-focused approach, with professional communication and problem-solving skills.
