Enrolments Manager Role

The Enrolments Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient enrolment process for prospective families. Reporting to the Director of Enrolments, this position requires strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities.

This is an ongoing full-time role commencing as soon as possible, with our Induction Programme scheduled for 23 and 24 January. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing enrolment activities and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant policies.

  1. A minimum of two years' previous experience in a similar position is required.
  2. Experience with Synergetic software is highly regarded.
  3. An understanding of contemporary education marketing, parental/student decision-making, student enrolment, and retention strategies is essential.
  4. The ability to develop positive working relationships and deliver excellent client service is critical, both internally and externally.
  5. Highly developed planning and organisational skills are necessary for success in this fast-paced environment.
  6. Stakeholder engagement experience, representing the school at senior levels, is also desirable.
  7. Sound analytical problem-solving skills and a solution-focused approach are essential.
  8. Possessing a positive outlook, exceptional interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence are key attributes for this role.
  9. Demonstrated empathy, commitment, and resilience are also essential qualities.
  10. Tertiary qualifications or postgraduate qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or allied fields are desirable, as is equivalent experience at a senior level.
  11. A current Employee Working with Children Check is mandatory, and a National Police History Check obtained within the last six months is also required.
