">Key Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven leadership experience scaling Buyer's Agent teams or similar real estate/franchise/financial services sales teams across regions.
  • Class 1 or 2 real estate license.
  • Commercial and data-driven skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI ownership.
  • Ability to coach and develop people.
  • Change-ready operator with strong process design skills.
  • Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on long-term relationships.
