Sydney, New South Wales, Australia beBeeLeader Full time $120,000 - $150,000
Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our property buying team.

This is a unique opportunity to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and establish a high-performing buyer's agent network across Australia.

About the Role
  • You will lead and grow a team of buyer's agents, setting standards for advisory excellence, operational discipline, and customer outcomes.
  • Your focus will be on turning our national broker network into an efficient, scalable, high-performing BA operation.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, onboard, coach, and inspire top talent; set clear standards and career paths.
  2. Own performance and outcomes: Improve conversion, sales velocity, customer satisfaction, and referral/retention; forecast, set targets, and run cadence.
  3. Operationalise excellence: Design playbooks, drive CRM hygiene, compliance, and data-driven decisions.
  4. Integrate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations to lift capability and throughput.
  5. Champion platform adoption: embed proprietary analytics and AI tools to surface pre-market/off-market opportunities and reduce admin.
  6. Safeguard compliance: ensure state-based licensing, risk controls, and consistent customer-first conduct.
Requirements
  • Proven leader scaling Buyer's Agent teams or similar real estate/franchise/financial services sales teams across regions.
  • Licensing: Class 1 or 2 real estate license.
  • Commercial and data-driven: pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI ownership; comfortable in CRM and analytics.
  • Coach and culture builder: you set the bar, give clear feedback, and develop people.
  • Change-ready operator: you design processes, drive adoption, and hold the line on standards.
  • Customer-obsessed: you think in outcomes and long-term relationships.
Benefits
  • A vibrant, relaxed, yet professional culture.
  • Hybrid working that balances flexibility with real connection.
  • Holistic wellbeing: medical, mental health, and financial support.
  • Generous Parental Leave: 18–26 weeks for primary carers; up to 4 weeks for secondary carers.
  • Loyalty Leave: an extra week each year after 3 years' service.
  • Wellness and psychological safety initiatives.
  • Serious scale: national broker network, market-leading brand equity, and technology to amplify your impact.
Culture

We believe teams that reflect the world around us deliver better ideas, stronger collaboration, and a more engaging place to work.

Our culture is guided by three core values: We Are Stronger United, Act Like You Own It, and Keep Home Loans Human.
