Position: Property Consultant (Salesperson)

Remuneration: Base + salary

**Listing description**:
We're looking for a results-oriented Consultant with strong interpersonal skills who will actively seek out and engage potential referral partners and customers. You will be in charge of generating new leads, navigating the buying process and achieving sales targets. Consultations and presentation of opportunities will be part of the job, as well as problem solving and supporting the contracts team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

**Example Duties**:

- Driving new lead generation
- Responsible to meet and exceed sales goals
- Preparing weekly reports and forecasts
- Initial consultations and property selections from pool of options
- Presenting and explaining a variety of potential property opportunities
- Coordinating and participating in sales and marketing initiatives
- Recognising and promoting company values and upholding the brand
- Taking reservations and supporting the Contracts team
- Coordinate or attend potential client site visits
- Keeping track of clients and organising time efficiently
- Build new strategic partnerships and referral streams

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Ideally would hold a NSW Licence 2 Real Estate Agent.
- Proven work experience as a salesperson
- Working understanding of house and land and off the plan purchases,
- Ability to establish and maintain effective business professional partnerships
- Exceptionally motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations that are specifically targeted to the demands of the audience
- Skills in relationship management and receptivity to feedback
- Knowledge of the sales process and its dynamics
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and cashflow programs like PIA
- Must have a valid Australian Driver's license
