Job Role

As a key member of our property management team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of various commercial, retail, and industrial properties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Property, Finance, and Project Teams to ensure seamless management of properties
  • Monitor and manage rental arrears, providing regular reports to the Asset Manager
  • Review Tenant Information Forms (TIFs), lease audits, and carpark management for accuracy and efficiency
