In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Property, Finance, and Project Teams. Your responsibilities will include managing various commercial, retail, and industrial properties. You will also ensure that key performance indicators for those properties are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively manage rental arrears and provide regular reports to the Asset Manager.
  • Review and monitor Tenant Information Forms (TIFa), lease audits, and carpark management.
  • Ensure billing accuracy and implement lease term increases and charges.
  • Approve and arrange timely payment of building-related invoices within the delegations of authority.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including raising purchase orders.
  • Coordinate and assist in inspections, providing advice as needed.
  • Identify and resolve building-related issues, including function, appearance, cleanliness, security, and contractor management.
  • Assist in contract administration, procurement, and management.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property budgets and expenses.
  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and organising documents.
