About the Opportunity We are on the lookout for a Strata Manager or a Trainee Strata Manager to join our North Management team in Darwin.
As a Strata Manager, your duties will include: Maintaining a portfolio of Strata schemes, building relationships, and being a trusted advisor in all things strata.
Facilitating and attending AGMs and other meetings.
Preparing budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments.
Interpreting legislation and assisting in the enforcement of by-laws.
Maintaining insurance, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and building compliance requirements.
We're looking for someone who has…Prior strata management experience is required.
Skills in portfolio and/or account management.
A love for building relationships and anticipating the needs of your clients.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Skills in interpreting and communicating legislation, financial, and procedural requirements.
