Commercial Property Manager

Elevate your career with this Assistant Property Manager role in Darwin. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage commercial, retail, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate closely with the Property, Finance, and Project Teams to oversee various properties.
- Ensure key performance indicators for those properties are met.
- Manage rental arrears and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Review and monitor Tenant Information Forms (TIFs), lease audits, and carpark management.
- Maintain detailed tenancy schedules and ensure up-to-date insurance policies.
- Handle tenant correspondence efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with tenants to address complaints or requests.
- Optimize portfolio performance.
- Monitor tenant compliance with lease obligations.
- Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field are preferred but not essential.
- Experience in commercial Property Management/Facilities Management is also preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is necessary.
