About the roleJoin Sodexo as a Senior Property Manager based in Darwin, NT.
This full-time role involves overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance and maximizing leasing returns.
You will play a key role in supporting Sodexo's growth in the commercial property sector.What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, and industrial spaces.Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial reporting.Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.Coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors to ensure excellent service.Prepare budgets, monitor financial reports, and track performance indicators.Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Ensure properties comply with all relevant laws and regulations.Advise internal stakeholders on property-related matters.What we're looking forAt least 5 years of senior property management experience, preferably in the commercial sector.Experience managing diverse commercial portfolios.Strong commercial acumen and strategic skills.Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in property management software.Knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Degree in property management, real estate, or related field.What we offerWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.
