Facilities Operations Manager

As a facilities operations manager, you will oversee various tasks including remodeling, repair, general maintenance and building improvements for multiple locations. You will manage subcontractors and estimate costs for construction projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Cost Estimation: Determine project costs by evaluating labor, materials and equipment expenses.
  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
  • Critical Infrastructure Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections to identify deficiencies in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural or other areas.
  • Facilities Improvement Planning: Develop and implement plans to improve facilities engineering systems.
  • Project Timelines Management: Coordinate project timelines and inspect work performed by team members and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction or building maintenance.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing mechanical and electrical systems.
  • A valid driver's license with medical card.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Maintain facilities across multiple locations which may require occasional travel.
