Job Description:

We are seeking a Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a retail environment, preferably with agricultural products, and possess strong knowledge of seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the presentation of the Rural Products store is organized and tidy, managing stock levels, accurately quoting and processing customer orders, and coordinating storage and dispatching of stock.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate product knowledge and technical advice.
  • Optimize product availability through effective inventory management.
  • Ensure timely delivery and invoicing of customer orders.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment (Agricultural products preferred).
  • Strong understanding of agricultural seasonal fluctuations, products, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft suite and operating POS systems.
  • Current drivers license, forklift license, and Agsafe accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
  • Passion to provide high level customer service with strong communication skills.
