Job Description

The maintenance of facilities is a vital function that encompasses overseeing remodeling, repairs, general upkeep, building improvements, and occasional construction special projects for multiple locations.

This role requires strong leadership skills to manage subcontractors and serve as the primary source for cost estimation on facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, or other deficiencies
  • Planning and implementing improvements and corrections in facilities engineering
  • Managing complex assignments within tight deadlines
  • Inspecting work performed by team members and subcontractors for quality and completion
  • Providing recommendations to senior management
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or building maintenance, and at least 2 years of experience overseeing mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
