We are seeking a skilled Business Trainer and Assessor to join our dedicated training team, who will play a vital role in supporting learners achieve their individual career goals across Western Australia. As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional virtual learning experiences to students undertaking assessment on and off the job, building solid relationships with supervisors and employers, contributing to course development, and supporting effective processes and partnerships. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in Local Government and develop your skills as a trainer and assessor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering quality programs incorporating positive learning experiences for participants and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have high level digital literacy including Office 365 (Word, Excel, PPT), demonstrated practical work experience in a Local Government Administration role or similar, TAE40116 Certificate IV Training & Assessment, and passion for student growth, development and success.
