Job Title: Business Development SpecialistDescription:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and daily sales activities within an allocated territory.

The successful candidate will have developed experience within a sales environment and a solid understanding of the sales process for key account development. You will be someone who enjoys identifying and seeking out new business growth opportunities, has excellent negotiation skills, and interpersonal skills to ensure success in developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships and contracts for all customers in designated sales territory to develop a long-term, commercially profitable relationship.
  • Generate and maintain a profitable and sustainable business sales/account in line with strategic plan and individual territory targets.
  • Grow your territory through identifying and winning new business opportunities, securing and increasing gas/liquid sales where profitable and within company guidelines, and entering into contracts with new and existing customers.
  • Maintain profitable sales through account selection and price rise implementation (account profit models).
  • Produce proposals, detailed costings, and contract documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit to the business.
  • Monitor market trends through personal contact with clients and suppliers and attendance at industry meetings and seminars.
  • Maintain the relationships and performance of depots within designated territory.
