Lycopodium is a high growth global engineering consultancy prioritizing career progression and technical skill development. We are seeking a 6-12 month fixed term Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our centralised recruitment team in Perth.
This role involves supporting a portfolio within the business focused on white collar engineering related recruitment, working closely with supportive business leaders and a collaborative peer group.
The ideal candidate will have a background in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably in technical or engineering roles. Key responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders to understand and prioritize talent requirements.
Responsibilities also include utilizing online reference checking and assessment tools, and attending careers fairs and university open days.
We prefer candidates who are genuine about their TA career and motivated to provide high levels of service. A willingness to go above and beyond and create relationships with diverse stakeholders is essential.
