Business Solutions Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Analyst to play a key role in capturing and documenting functional and technical requirements for future energy programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate conversations, and gather and document requirements for web applications and functionality. This includes supporting release management for production changes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and maintain accurate user stories, documentation, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document functional and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Support release management for production changes, including scheduling, communications, implementation, and post-verification testing
  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of applications in our production environment
  • Participate as a workstream lead in major business projects impacting the Jindabyne platform

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in an IT-related discipline
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS cloud technologies and applications, particularly data, database, storage, and application integration components
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Aurora, Amazon Redshift, Python, ReactJS, Tableau
  • Proven experience in a business-critical data and analytics environment with a background in data and web development and applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical information to a broad audience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts and experience with ITSM tools
