Data Analysis Role Overview

This role is responsible for providing strategic analysis and actionable insights to support the team in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead data analytics streams, designing, analyzing, and generating insights from day-to-day data.
  • Monitor business performance and generate actionable insights to drive improvement.
  • Stay hands-on, driving excellence through problem-solving and advisory services.
  • Deliver strategic analysis – including ROI analysis, driver income analysis, pricing and city segmentation analysis, and user cohort analysis.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
  • 1-3 years of business experience in Business Analytics/Data Scientist roles, preferably in technology firms or consulting companies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, written, and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on, and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to work with and influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is mandatory; daily interaction with international stakeholders is required.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and SQL is essential; Python is preferred, but willingness to learn is a must.
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Mathematical Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a fast-paced business environment is a plus.
