Job Overview

The Data and Analytics Branch delivers high-quality data and reporting, translating insights into business performance improvements. It focuses on delivering data and building data literacy capability across the branch and regions.

The team develops an enterprise data warehouse, manages reporting platforms, and designs Business Intelligence interventions and analytic solutions. They identify trends and drivers of performance.

This role will support the delivery of strategic data assets and products by collaborating with business and technical users. The analyst will author high-quality business and technical requirements that align with target architecture and business use cases.

The role will be critical to the success of the data assets and products roadmap. The analyst will interact with stakeholders to work through delivery scope, timeline, and issues.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading business and technical requirement development and stakeholder validation.
  2. Implementing Data and/or Analytics products and services.
  3. Documenting data and process flows.
  4. Gathering, analysing, and translating business data.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Developing a traceability framework for project team members.
  • Eliciting and documenting business and technical requirements.
  • Analysing and documenting business process and data flows.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure appropriate stakeholders are included in requirement development.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on business and technical design documents.
