Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the business intelligence unit, you will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations and analytical insights to drive business growth and improvement.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business intelligence analysis, data visualization, and reporting. They will also have knowledge of data management systems and tools, such as data warehousing and ETL processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Collect and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement data management systems and tools
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new reporting and analytics tools
