Strategic Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Analyst to join our high-impact team focused on driving performance across the Transact & Save portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Synthesize and analyze product performance data and trends to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain Excel models to track key metrics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create clear, compelling PowerPoint packs to communicate findings and recommendations, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with frontline teams to understand customer behavior, gaining valuable insights into market trends.
- Identify leverage points across the portfolio to influence outcomes and drive improvements, maximizing ROI.
This role requires a sharp analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and synthesize complex data, build financial models, extract insights, and communicate findings through clear data visualization.
You will bring strong communication skills, succinctly conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
A strategic thinker who considers constraints, resources, and time when solving problems, you will design processes that optimize results. You must be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, where no two days are the same.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify leverage points and influence outcomes through insight and collaboration.
