Strategic Business Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our organization.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business process improvement, and team leadership. He/She will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
The position requires:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing business intelligence solutions.
- Strong technical skills in SQL, data modeling, ETL, and data visualization.
- Experience with modern BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong leadership skills, with proven history of mentoring and managing a team of developers and analysts.
Bonus points for candidates with:
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouses.
- Azure Data Factory experience.
- Programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
As a Business Intelligence Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions that support the organization's strategic goals and objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
