This role offers a unique opportunity to embark on a 12-month journey of professional growth and development. As a Grants Graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality legal services to financially disadvantaged individuals in Queensland.

Throughout the program, you will complete rotations in four key business areas: Audit/Training, Policy/Projects, Compliance/Invoicing, and Administration/Operations. This will provide you with a broad range of foundational skills and experiences that will equip you for future career progression within the division.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to learn, effective communication skills, experience with technology, and adaptability. You will also have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, developing your problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

The organization is committed to fostering a supportive cultural environment, with monthly catch-ups and a First Nations mentoring program. You will also have access to free confidential counseling sessions, annual First Nations conferences, and flexible working arrangements. Additionally, you will receive 36.25 hours per week (full-time hours), 12.75% employer super contributions, and opportunities to consult on First Nations work being done.
