Job Opportunity: Grant Development Specialist

The Salvation Army is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Grant Development Specialist.

About the Role

This critical position will be responsible for researching and writing grant proposals to secure funding for The Salvation Army's programs throughout the Northeast Ohio Division footprint.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify opportunities for government funding for Salvation Army Corps in the division.
  • Develop and submit grant proposals to third-party public entities, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Analyze and report data on program performance, providing valuable insights to inform future funding initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and correspondence to ensure compliance with funders' requirements.
