**Job Title:** Asset Assessment Support Officer

**Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team to ensure the provision of quality surveillance services for Council's Sewer and Stormwater assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking surveillance and condition assessment inspections of civil infrastructure, capturing, uploading, analyzing, and reporting on data collected relating to defects, risks, failures, and general maintenance needs for Sewer and Stormwater infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include responding to customer service requests, processing requests in accordance with Corporate and Technical protocols, and ensuring timely management and transfer of asset assessment data to the Asset Management System.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake such study (e.g. Certificate III Information Technology or Spatial/Environment Science)

- Current Class MR Driver's Licence

- Current Construction Induction Certificate (White)

- Demonstrated experience relevant to the role including practical experience in civil construction/surveying, geographic information systems, and global positioning systems
