
Engineer Project Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers to contribute to the future of NSW's infrastructure by ensuring high-quality outcomes across major civil, bridge, and road works. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and shape progress for our clients and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Review designs, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate communication, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations from the plan.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct inspections and reviews as necessary.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering or Construction Management
• Proven experience in project engineering or a related role.
• Previous experience on Transport for NSW or local government projects in New South Wales, particularly in civil, bridge, and road infrastructure is highly regarded.
